HILDA GALASO

Founder

I am originally from Mexico and have worked with children for over 13 years.

Supporting children as they learn, grow, and discover their unique personalities is incredibly rewarding. I love watching their confidence build as they explore new skills and express themselves.

I founded Serendipity because I truly believe in the program we have created, it’s exactly the kind of environment I would want for my own children: nurturing, creative, and full of opportunities to grow.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and our two dogs. We enjoy movie nights, traveling, and simply exploring new experiences together.

AILYN RAZO

School Director

I am from the United States, and my family is from Mexico.

I have worked with children for 7 years and am passionate about early childhood education. I believe that supporting children during their first years is one of the most meaningful ways to create positive change in the world, they are our future!

I love being part of Serendipity because I deeply believe in our mission and cherish the strong relationships I have built with our families and team.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, traveling, camping, hiking, and drawing.

Our Promise

Although we're not their parents, we care for them each day. We sing songs and read to your children. We watch them play, we see each new accomplishment and milestone. We help them grow and learn. We listen to them and understand them. We comfort them and wipe away their tears. They proudly show us their work. We cheer them on and celebrate them.

Our role is to nurture them and keep them safe. Though maybe not for long, we know that someday the time will come when we have to part, but we know each child we've cared for is and will always be in our hearts.
